Do-it-yourself Taco Kit from Spice Jar Los Baños

Craving for tacos but keep getting disappointed having soggy ones after delivery? Get a do-it-yourself (DIY) taco kit from Spice Jar, Los Baños if you do not have time to prepare it all from scratch yourself.

What's inside the kit?

• 2 packs of your choice of taco meat (taco beef / taco chicken / pulled pork)
• 5 pcs of your choice of either hard corn tacos or soft tortilla
• Salsa
• Cilantro ranch
• Lettuce
• Tomato, onions and cilantro
• Cheddar cheese
• Guacamole
• Corn kernels
• Lime

You'll also receive the following:

• plastic gloves
• tissue
• wooden scoops

Picture above shows a DIY kit with beef taco meat and soft tortilla. (One tortilla and portion of beef has already been consumed :p ) The above kit costs 599 (plus 69 pesos delivery fee) good for 5 persons. The condiments were given in a generous amount of serving. It can feed more than 5 people! Good thing we have extra tortillas in the house. We recommend you order additional corn tacos / tortilla.

Best paired with a milk-based beverage to help neutralize the spices. Casein, the protein in milk, can numb the burning sensation of spices by overpowering capsaicin, the compound that gives chilli peppers their kick.

You can try some of their milkshakes, frappe or if you are a coffee lover like me, try one of their iced flavored lattes. Choose any from vanilla, caramel, creme brulee, butterscotch or hazelnut.

Please order in advance. Spice Jar is not a fast food restaurant. Your food is made fresh every order (though everything is no longer that fresh after delivery).
